Wednesday, March 4
Welcome to Cabo!
Take the afternoon to get settled in, grab a drink by the pool, or explore as you wish!

Thursday, March 5
Welcome Party​​​
The day is yours to enjoy! If you are arriving on Thursday, plan to land by 1:00 PM to ensure you have enough time before the welcome party.​​
​
​​4:00 PM | Transportation to Marina
Shuttles depart for Marina Cabo San Lucas promptly at 4:00 PM.​
Please meet in the Cabo Azul lobby at 3:50 PM.

5:00-7:30 PM | Sunset Cruise
​​
If you're meeting the group at the Marina, please arrive by 4:40 PM.
​
We've chartered a private boat for a sunset cruise around Cabo's famous El Arco with cocktails and dinner provided. The boat departs promptly at 5:00 PM.
​​
Attire: Resort Cocktail

Men: Lightweight button-downs or collared shirts with pants. Sport jackets optional, no golf shirts.

Women: Colorful dresses, jumpsuits, or coordinated sets.

We suggest bringing a light jacket as it may get cool on the water.

7:30 PM | Transportation to Cabo Azul
​​​
The boat will arrive back at Marina Cabo San Lucas at 7:30 PM. Transportation will be provided back to Cabo Azul. If you choose to stay in Cabo San Lucas after the cruise, Ubers or taxis are readily available to take you back to the hotel.

8:30 PM | The night is yours!
Shuttles will arrive back at Cabo Azul around 8:30 PM. From there, the night is yours to enjoy. Here are some suggestions if you're not ready to call it a night.

Friday, March 6
Wedding Ceremony & Reception​​​​
Spend the day however you please before the big night. ​​

5:00 PM | Transportation to Acre
Shuttles depart for Acre Resort at 5:00 PM sharp.​
Please meet in the Cabo Azul lobby at 4:45 PM.
​
​
5:30 PM | Wedding Ceremony at Acre
Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM on Acre's courtyard lawn. Please plan to be seated by 5:20 PM.​​

Attire: Black Tie Preferred

Men: Tuxedos or black suits with ties.

Women: Colorful midi or maxi-length dresses.

6:00 PM | Cocktail Hour
Spend an hour by the pool enjoying specialty cocktails and canapés.
​
​
7:00 PM | Dinner & Dancing
We will be celebrating with a family style dinner, toasts, and a night of dancing in Acre's Mango Orchard.
​
​
11:00 PM | Transportation to Cabo Azul
The wedding celebration will wrap up at 11:00 PM and transportation will be provided back to Cabo Azul for all attendees.
​
From there, you are free to call it a night or uber to town to continue the party!
Saturday, March 7
The Day After Party​​​
Spend the morning however you’d like, whether that’s resting from the night before, exploring more of Cabo, or soaking up the sun.​​
​
2:00-5:00 PM | Pool Party at The Reserve
In the afternoon, we’ll be picking things back up next door at Vidanta's The Reserve Beach Club - just a short 5 minute walk from Cabo Azul. We've reserved the pool to keep the party going.
​
​If it's your last evening in Cabo, we recommend checking out another spot from our restaurant list or heading down to San Lucas for night out on the town!
